Our Social Engagement course introduces learners to the different Social Networking tools and platforms available that can be utilised to support the online promotion of their business or brand.

This course will show how Social Media tools and platforms can be managed effectively and efficiently, such as using the CRM software, Hootsuite, as well as commercial platforms Upcast and 4C. You’ll also be shown how to create posting schedules, set up live ‘streams’ to monitor real-time online chatter and engage audiences with immediacy.

In addition, learners will be introduced to latest rules and guidelines that affect the use of Social Media tools and platforms, as well as how to establish Social Media policies and procedures to protect their brand reputation.
